Job summary

Codurance is seeking an Engagement Manager to join our teams in London or Manchester on a hybrid basis. You will manage stakeholder relationships, liaise with clients, and help shape product and technical strategy across multiple projects.

This role involves collaborating with business development and marketing to craft proposals, build internal delivery capabilities, and drive value for clients while supporting team growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Client engagement: build relationships with strategic stakeholders within the client, acting as an advisor and partner.
• Account development: identify opportunities to grow client relationships and drive commercial success.
• Project management: proven track record delivering technical or product strategy and managing risks.
• Experience coordinating multi-team dependencies on complex projects to achieve best results.
• Strong communication and leadership; facilitation skills are essential.
• Learning and growth mindset; enjoy coaching, mentoring and sharing knowledge.
