You will grow our contractor marketplace and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value. The role emphasizes relationship building, stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making in a hybrid workplace—office one day per week in

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, business development, account management, contractor engagement or relationship management.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with clients, contractors and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities that create mutual value.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients to understand upcoming projects, contractor requirements and supply chain challenges.
• Engage with contractors across the network, identifying opportunities and maintaining strong participation.
• Match client opportunities with suitable contractors, facilitating introductions and connections.
• Drive adoption of the contractor marketplace by promoting its value and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Marketing and Business Development to grow the marketplace.
