Job summary

Capital One Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications Project Management in a hybrid Farnborough/London setting. The role partners with senior leaders to shape and execute executive communications, manage internal programs, and drive engagement across the Global Payment Network.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences
• Experience designing and delivering strategic communication programs
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messages for executives

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to plan internal communications for executives
• Lead all-associate meetings, speaking engagements, events, and change management
• Elevate client-group stories to drive a Network-wide editorial calendar
• Create and execute communications programs that engage and inform associates
• Measure performance using real-time metrics and adjust strategy as needed
• Collaborate with HR, Chiefs of Staff, and Global Enterprise Communications to achieve outcomes
• Draft leader communications, talking points, and supporting materials
