Capital One Europe plc is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Communications Project Management to shape and execute internal and executive communications within the Global Payment Network. You will partner with senior leaders to plan engaging communications, manage events, and drive change initiatives, in a hybrid role based in Farnborough/London.

• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience designing and executing communication strategies and events.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messaging for executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to plan and prepare effective internal communications.
• Lead all facets of communications including all-associate meetings, speaking engagements, and events.
• Elevate internal stories to fuel the network-wide editorial calendar.
• Create and execute programs supporting all Network associates.
• Evaluate performance using real-time metrics to refine strategy.
• Partner with HR and other teams to deliver on tactics and outcomes.
