Capital One UK is seeking an experienced Communications Project Management leader to shape and execute executive communications for the Global Payment Network. You will partner with senior leaders to educate, inform and inspire across an increasingly matrixed organization.

You will design programs, oversee all-hands, speaking engagements and change initiatives, and measure impact with real-time metrics while collaborating with HR, global communications and other partners to deliver strategic

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to plan, prepare and deliver internal communications.

• Create programs that support Network associates and measure outcomes.
• Analyze real-time metrics to adjust strategy and tactics.
• Collaborate with HR, Chiefs of Staff and other partners on tactics.
