Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) in London, UK is seeking a Communications Manager to lead external communications, enhance brand and community engagement across European markets. You will partner with marketing, policy, development, and agencies to deliver consistent messaging aligned with QTS’s mission.

Responsibilities include creating multi-channel content, supporting media outreach, tracking metrics, and driving go-to-community initiatives for data centre growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 5–8 years of experience in communications, public relations, or community engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating content aligned with AP style.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement data-driven communications strategies aligned with QTS’s goals.
• Create and manage communications content across press releases, media materials, websites, statements, FAQs, and storytelling assets.
• Support proactive narratives and good-news stories at national and local European markets.
• Execute communications plans for go-to-community efforts, stakeholder engagement, and data centre launches in Europe.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Support media relations, including responding to inquiries and coordinating interviews.
• Monitor industry news, community sentiment, and competitive activity to strengthen QTS positioning.
• Track and report communications metrics such as media coverage and engagement.
• Build relationships with community leaders, partners, media contacts, and internal teams.
• Attend events and prepare materials highlighting milestones and initiatives.
