Quantum Motion in London is seeking a hands-on Communication & Events Manager to shape brand voice and maximise global visibility, partnering with PR consultants and leadership. You will lead international conference delivery, manage media relations, and translate complex quantum tech into engaging stories for technical and non-technical audiences; travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in communications, PR, media relations or event management within fast-paced tech/start-up environments.
• Proven experience managing external PR agencies and media relationships.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate complex tech into clear content.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own Quantum Motion's global PR programme, coordinate with UK-based PR consultant and Director of Marketing.
• Drive proactive media opportunities, manage press calendars, brief spokespeople, report on media performance.
• Coordinate media interviews, prepare briefing materials for spokespeople and analysts.
• Lead end-to-end planning of international conferences, exhibitions and events.
• Oversee logistics, budgets, timelines and exhibition assets; travel internationally to manage on-site delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial, engineering and product teams to maximise event impact.
