Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Communications Manager to lead external communications, enhance brand, and strengthen community engagement across Europe. You will partner with marketing operations, public policy, and development teams to deliver consistent messaging and support media relations.

You will develop proactive narratives, manage press materials, and track performance metrics while supporting go-to-community initiatives as data centre growth accelerates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 5–8 years in communications, PR, or community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven communications strategies.
• Create content across press, website, statements, and storytelling assets.
• Support media engagement and proactive outreach.
• Coordinate go-to-community communications for key initiatives and data centre launches.
• Monitor industry news and report on metrics and sentiment.
