Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Performance to produce and interpret commercial performance reporting and KPI tracking. The role supports decision-making across Sales, Marketing and wider Commercial activity, acting as a bridge to Finance for robust analysis.

The successful candidate will develop forecasting, modelling and incentive analysis, and design BI dashboards to provide timely insights for business cases and investment discussions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial analytics role.
• Experience with forecasting, modelling or scenario analysis.
• Strong data interpretation and storytelling.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own production and interpretation of commercial performance reporting, including KPI tracking and insight generation.
• Lead commission models, incentive analysis and scenario forecasting.
• Interface between Commercial teams and Finance, aligning assumptions and validating data.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, trackers and analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analysis and ways of working.
• Share best practice and promote data-driven decision making with governance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and MI functions to inform decisions.
