You will own campaigns end-to-end, optimise ROAS, and report on KPIs using tools like Google Ads, Meta, DV360 and Power BI.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines within the Marketing Communications team.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated performance marketing ownership with large budgets and revenue targets.
• Proven success scaling paid social and driving measurable incremental growth.
• Experience with analytics platforms and ad tools; strong reporting skills.

• Accountable for media planning and delivery to drive lower funnel metrics.
• Supports implementation, optimisation and reporting of performance channels including paid social and display.
• Monitors campaign performance and flags issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Creates campaigns and manages day-to-day execution with a focus on ROAS and revenue.
• Develops data-led campaign proposals and performance-focused media plans.
