AWE is seeking a Commercial Partnering Specialist in Reading to provide leadership across business case development, demand planning and commercial strategy delivery. You will work with Business Units to translate requirements into a forward programme of activity and ensure value and risk are managed.

The role is hybrid, based in Reading with visits to Aldermaston and Burghfield, and sits within the Commercial Partnering team reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnering.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, business planning or portfolio management.
• Strong ability to gather input from multiple stakeholders to support planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across functional teams and building relationships.
• Innovative problem-solving approach and resilience to drive change.

Responsabilités

• Drive accurate demand plans to support commercial planning.
• Maintain visibility of commercial demand and pipeline.
• Support planning governance and decision-making with MI.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities.
• Collaborate across Commercial, BUs and support functions.
