Job summary

AWE plc is seeking a Principal Commercial Capability & Enablement Manager to lead strategy, capability development and workforce planning across the Commercial function in a hybrid working environment.

You will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leaders to drive transformation, governance and learning, delivering sustainable capability and resourcing outcomes that align with current and future business objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have proven professional experience.
• Significant experience in working with Senior leaders on developing and implementing functional strategy.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of the Commercial Functional Strategy via coordinated delivery plans.
• Develop and maintain the Commercial Capability Strategy and workforce plans.
• Own and evolve the Commercial Competency Framework with HR and leadership.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, resource demand management and recruitment.
• Coordinate transformation activities and embedding of organisational change.
• Oversee the Commercial communications strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead learning, talent management, career pathways and succession planning.
