FMCG Exec is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our manufacturing site near Desborough, Northants. The role will develop and drive the commercial agenda to achieve budgeted sales volumes and maintain cost and margin in line with the 5-year plan.

You will deliver negotiation strategies and campaigns to meet forecasts, lead projects linking the business to customers, and grow the agreed customer list while monitoring monthly sales and margin.

Qualifikationen

• Self-starter with relevant sales experience and ability to win new contracts with B2B customers.
• Strong relationship builder with excellent listening skills to understand client expectations.
• Hungry for success with proactive identification of new opportunities and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to forecast sales using data and market conditions to set growth goals.

Aufgaben

• Deliver negotiation strategies and selling plans to meet forecasts.
• Lead projects linking business to customers for new and enhanced profitability.
• Drive sales across product range and balance mill usage.
• Manage and grow the customer list, develop relationships at all levels.
• Deliver sales budget/forecast by account with monthly margin reports.
• Develop new business opportunities and proactive relationships.
• Identify market trends and embed in strategic planning; develop entry strategies.
