Leonardo UK is seeking an ambitious Commercial Manager to lead two IPTs in the EW division, overseeing current contracts and high‑quality bids for export customers. You will provide strategic pricing, contract guidance, and senior‑level briefs while coordinating with UK and international stakeholders in a dynamic, hybrid setting.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll manage risk, govern pricing strategies, and mentor junior staff, contributing to winning new business and sustaining

Qualifications

Experience with large value contracts and export controls.
Knowledge of ITAR and US government procurement regulations.
Ability to briefing at senior levels and lead commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and tactical oversight of commercial aspects for IPT projects.
Draft, negotiate and administer complex contract terms and pricing.
Lead bid activities, approvals, and risk management across contracts.
Guide junior team members and support IPT leadership.
Represent Commercial at customer/supplier meetings and manage relationships.
Ensure compliant pricing and flow-down to supply chain.
