Job summary
Leonardo UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across a portfolio of programmes, delivering strong governance and strategic leadership. You will drive negotiations with customers and partners, balance risk and opportunity, and steer commercial decisions through the full lifecycle, ensuring value delivery and compliance with governance frameworks.
The role requires senior leadership capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence outcomes
Qualifications
- Significant commercial leadership experience within a complex project, programme or business environment.
- Experience leading commercial activities across the full contract lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy and governance across a portfolio of programmes and opportunities.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners.
- Drive delivery of key business measures including order intake, revenue, cash generation and EBIT.
- Develop commercial solutions that balance opportunity, risk and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Leonardo governance, approvals and lifecycle management processes.
