Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Luton is seeking a Commercial Manager to join the EW Division's Commercial team. You will oversee two IPTs, manage current contracts and lead high-quality bids for export customers, including UK MOD opportunities.

You will provide strategic pricing, contract terms guidance, and senior stakeholder engagement across UK and international customers, with a focus on delivering compliant, value-driven commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large value contracts with UK MOD and export customers.
• Knowledge of ITAR, FARS/DEFARS and related procurement processes.
• Ability to brief at senior levels and lead complex commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial aspects of IPT projects, including bids and negotiations.
• Provide pricing guidance and contract administration across contracts.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and liaise with IPT and senior leadership.
• Draft and review terms, licenses, NDAs and collaboration agreements.
• Represent Leonardo at customer and supplier meetings to secure outcomes.
