Qualifications

• Proven experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience preparing tenders and bids for customers.
• Strong pricing analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and manage customer contracts across terms and conditions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to develop commercial solutions.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, financial and operational risks.
• Ensure contracts, bids and commercial activities comply with policy and governance standards.
• Lead preparation and submission of tenders, proposals and bids within deadlines.
• Develop pricing, profitability and financial models to support decisions.
• Provide commercial insight during negotiations and deal shaping.
• Act as a key partner to the National Key Account team through governance and approvals.
