Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking talented commercial leaders at Associate Director and Project Director level for the UK South East. The role focuses on establishing, mobilising and optimising commercial models and functions across major programmes in water, defence, energy and transport.

You will lead procurement and cost management within large capital projects, shaping set-up and strategies to deliver high‑performing commercial services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading procurement and cost management on major capital programmes.
• Proven ability to shape set-up for high‑performing commercial functions.
• Desirable MCIPS, MRICS or FRICS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial models and contracting approaches for major programmes.
• Lead client and contractor teams in governance, structures, controls and assurance.
• Translate a client’s vision into effective, realistic commercial solutions.
• Deliver activities in the Programme Advisory team and drive business development.
• Lead bid teams and progress opportunities for client growth.
