Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking talented commercial leaders with major programme experience to join at Associate Director/Project Director level in the South East and shape commercial set‑ups for UK programmes.

You will lead procurement, cost and commercial management within major capital projects, translating client vision into practical commercial solutions while driving governance, incentives and delivery structures across the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Understanding of infrastructure, defence and/or energy markets.
• Experience with commercial lifecycle in major programmes.
• Ability to operate in large-scale, complex environments.
• Experience delivering projects in commercial/transformational settings.
• Knowledge of construction industry models and frameworks (Playbook, Project 13).
• Desirable MCIPS/MRICS/FRICS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial service transformation products and methodologies.
• Identify and progress business generation opportunities; lead bid teams.
• Lead multiple teams delivering complex capital programmes and projects.
• Influence senior stakeholders and articulate complex matters clearly.
