Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking talented commercial leaders to join our South East team as Associate Director/Project Director. You will shape commercial models, incentivisation mechanisms and governance for major national capital projects across water, defence, energy and transport sectors.

You will lead procurement, cost and commercial management efforts, align client outcomes with delivery objectives, and drive business development while mentoring high-performing professionals in a complex

Qualifications

Deep understanding of infrastructure, defence and/or energy markets and commercial requirements.
Experience delivering in large-scale, complex environments.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience leading and managing multiple teams on complex capital programmes.
Knowledge of construction industry models and initiatives (e.g. Construction Playbook, Project 13).
Desirable professional qualifications: MCIPS, MRICS or FRICS.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement, cost and commercial management for major programmes.
Develop and implement commercial models, contracting approaches and incentives for national capital projects.
Drive governance, delivery structures and assurance across the asset lifecycle.
Translate client vision into practical commercial solutions and incentives.
Lead bid teams and identify growth opportunities for the firm.
