Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex cloud solution projects within AWS ProServe. You will blend technical credibility with strong project leadership to ensure successful cloud implementations for clients, aligning business outcomes with AWS-based architectures and best practices.

You will drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication across technical and business teams, striving for delivery excellence and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering IT projects with external customers or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration, modernization and implementation projects.
• Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align with customer outcomes.
• Distill customer needs into technical requirements mapped to business outcomes.
