Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Experience delivering IT projects with external customers or equivalent.
• Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and transformation projects/programmes from inception to completion.
• Ensuring successful delivery of project/programme outcomes within agreed time frames, budget and quality parameters.
• Developing and executing project/programme level planning with agility to adjust strategies to meet evolving objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams at all levels.
• Driving key decisions and resolving project/programme level risks and issues.
• Establishing robust governance model, project/programme structure and communication plan.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists.
• Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and aligning with customer outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping to business outcomes.
