Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects in a global ProServe context. This role combines technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive customer outcomes using AWS frameworks and best practices.

You will manage large portfolios, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals while maintaining security and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading large Digital or Global IT Transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Agile at scale delivery frameworks and PM toolsets.
• Experience with cloud computing.
• Experience developing customer-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cloud migration and transformation programmes from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery within time, budget and quality parameters.
• Develop and execute programme-level strategic planning.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across customers and teams.
• Chair executive meetings, driving decisions and risk resolution.
• Establish governance, structure and communication plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary team of PMs and technical specialists.
• Ensure security, regulatory and governance compliance across workstreams.
