Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects within AWS Professional Services (ProServe). You will blend technical credibility with strong project leadership, applying Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework to ensure customer outcomes.

You will guide discussions, translate business needs into technical requirements, and manage risks while driving successful, measurable cloud transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading enterprise IT engagements.
• Ability to lead multiple Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Product Owners) at scale.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, data management, security and application platforms.
• Experience presenting to executives and coordinating across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes for engagements.
• Develop and execute program-level planning with adaptability to evolving objectives.
• Build and sustain stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
• Drive decisions and resolve program-level risks and issues.
• Establish robust governance, structure and communication plans for projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists and ensure security/compliance requirements.
