Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex cloud solution projects within ProServe. You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients, bridging business needs with technical outcomes.

You will apply AWS frameworks, manage risks, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders while progressing increasingly complex engagements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in delivering IT projects for external customers.
• Experience in program or engagement management with multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and transformation projects/programmes from inception to completion.
• Ensuring successful delivery of project/programme outcomes within agreed time frames, budget and quality parameters.
• Developing and executing project/programme level planning with the agility to adjust strategies as necessary to meet evolving business objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams at all levels.
• Driving key decisions and resolving project/programme level risks and issues.
• Establishing robust governance model, project/programme structure and communication plan.
• Leading a multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists.
• Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
