Job summary

The AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects for our clients. You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to ensure customer outcomes and manage risks across stakeholders.

Apply AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Frameworks, distill customer needs into technical requirements, and guide cross-functional teams toward successful implementations that meet security and governance requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
Knowledge of technology principles and services including infrastructure, data management, security, and platforms.
Experience in leading multiple Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and transformation projects from inception to completion.
Ensure delivery within timeframes, budget and quality parameters.
Develop and execute project planning with agility to meet evolving objectives.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
Drive key decisions and resolve project risks and issues.
Establish governance model, project structure and communication plan.
Lead multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and governance requirements.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and map to outcomes.
Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes.
