Job summary

Greenpark in London is seeking a senior project leader to drive delivery across major digital projects and interconnected workstreams, ensuring scope, resources and budgets are aligned with client commitments. Qualifications

• Seven+ years of relevant project management experience in digital, content or media contexts.
• Experience line-managing and developing PMs, with clear objectives and regular feedback.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects, manage budgets and forecast resources.
• Strong commercial judgment, with ability to review estimates, budgets and margins.
• Knowledge of integrated digital delivery across SEO, web, content, social and paid media.
• Experience leading client conversations and securing decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve delivery with safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across major projects and workstreams, defining priorities and ensuring client commitments are achievable.
• Oversee project scope, estimates, assumptions and acceptance criteria with required approvals.
• Mentor and line-manage PMs, supporting sound delivery judgement and career development.
• Manage delivery budgets, forecasts and margins with Client Services and Finance.
• Develop delivery reports and KPIs, ensuring clear client-facing communication.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; drive recovery when needed.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure profitability and delivery readiness.
