Job summary

Iris Software in London is seeking a Client Partner to own revenue, growth and relationship health for a portfolio of strategic banking accounts. You will be the senior point of accountability from the C-suite to delivery teams.

You will shape multi-service digital transformation programs—application development, cloud, data & analytics, AI and automation—and drive account plans, renewals and cross-sell across Iris services.

Qualifications

12+ years of total IT services experience, with at least 8 years as a Client Partner.
Proven record of growing dormant accounts.
Experience selling and governing digital services: application development and modernization, cloud, data & analytics, AI/ML, automation, QA.
Strong C-suite presence, negotiation and commercial structuring skills.

Responsibilities

Own revenue, growth and relationship health for assigned BFSI accounts.
Be the senior point of accountability from the C-suite to delivery teams.
Grow existing accounts into multi-service relationships with digital transformation programs.
Lead account plans, whitespace analysis, and pipeline goals; cross-sell Iris services.
Run quarterly business reviews and executive steering meetings; manage renewals and SOWs.
