Job summary

You will manage renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments, negotiate with insurers, and develop marketing materials, building trusted relationships and ensuring compliance within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end servicing of complex commercial risk portfolios, delivering high-quality tailored client outcomes.
• Partnering with Client Managers and Directors to understand client needs and shape service plans, presentations and strategic advice.
• Managing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments, negotiating with insurers to secure the best terms.
• Developing compelling marketing and client materials, clearly presenting risk profiles, proposals and placement strategies.
• Proactively reviewing and improving client programmes, identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage.
• Building trusted relationships and ensuring excellence, working with clients and insurers, maintaining compliance and contributing to a high-performing team.
