You will combine strong client relationships with commercial drive, using Aon’s capabilities to protect, grow and future‑proof client businesses while building a profitable portfolio of your own.

Qualificações

• Proven client relationship experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience handling mid-market commercial and corporate risks is desirable.
• Strong commercial understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
• Growth mindset with ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Effective communicator with consultative client service approach.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with business owners and senior decision‑makers as their primary risk and insurance adviser.
• Design and deliver bespoke insurance programmes with proactive risk management and claims advocacy.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross‑sell solutions across Aon’s capabilities.
• Own and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver joined‑up client solutions and value.
