BMSL Group Ltd in Bridgend, South Wales, is recruiting a Principal Engineer to provide strategic technical leadership across major infrastructure projects. You will guide feasibility, design development, tendering and delivery, acting as a technical authority with clients and delivery teams.
The role suits an experienced civil engineer seeking ownership of project strategy, buildability reviews and sustainable construction methods, with opportunities for chartership support and career
Competenze
- Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership is preferred.
- Proven experience leading civil engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Mansioni
- Lead engineering input from feasibility through to project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership during tender submissions and design development.
- Develop construction methodologies, sequencing plans and buildability reviews.
- Mentor engineers and promote continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Represent the business in client presentations and stakeholder meetings.
