BMSL Group Ltd in Bridgend, South Wales is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to provide technical leadership on site for major infrastructure, water, energy and civil projects across South Wales. You will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure works are set out accurately, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong setting out, surveying and QA experience, a relevant civil engineering qualification and a full UK driving licence, plus

Competenze

• Experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong setting out, surveying and QA experience.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specs and engineering principles.
• Proven experience on live civil engineering projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive problem solving to drive delivery.

Mansioni

• Provide technical leadership on site and ensure works are set out accurately.
• Maintain setting out and dimensional control across construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour teams to deliver works.
• Conduct quality inspections, checks and testing and produce QA documentation.
• Support project planning, sequencing and programme delivery.
• Promote health, safety, environmental and quality standards on site.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress documentation.
