Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Consulting team in Belfast. You will deliver multi-disciplinary projects in finance transformation, operational excellence, and change management for clients in banking and financial services.

You'll collaborate across teams to design transformation initiatives, map customer journeys, and drive digital and process innovations that improve customer outcomes and business performance.

Qualifications

• A third level degree, with a strong academic record.
• Project Management certification, with proven ability to apply best practices and methodologies.
• Minimum experience: Assistant Manager 4–6 years, Manager 6–8 years

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of complex projects for key clients across industries.
• Defining and driving projects across all stages of the project life cycle.
• Leading or supporting transformation initiatives including digital transformation.
• Designing and delivering customer experience transformation initiatives.
