ASSYSTEM is seeking a Change Manager to join our team in Birmingham. You will lead end-to-end contractual change control across programs, ensuring changes are identified, documented and approved.

The role requires close collaboration with Commercial, Planning, Cost and Contract teams to assess impacts on scope, cost and schedule. You will maintain a clear audit trail of all changes, support change papers, and drive timely governance reviews.

Formación

• Proven experience in contractual change management and project controls.
• Experience working with commercial teams on change value and cost impacts.
• Ability to manage change registers and formal change control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end contractual change control across projects and programmes.
• Identify and assess changes from scope, design, client instructions, or other events.
• Ensure changes are documented, tracked, and approved.
• Assess contractual and commercial implications with Commercial and Contract teams.
• Coordinate with Planning and Project Controls to evaluate programme impact.
• Validate cost implications with Cost teams and reflect in baselines.
• Maintain change registers and supporting documentation.
• Prepare change papers and governance-appropriate recommendations.
• Monitor outstanding changes and progress approvals within timescales.
• Support continuous improvement of change control processes.
