Job summary

ASSYSTEM seeks an experienced Performance Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects, delivering clear performance insights across cost, schedule, risk and change. You will work with Project Managers, Project Controls, Commercial and Finance to ensure robust controls and timely mitigation of issues.

You will lead development of performance management processes, dashboards and KPIs; drive EVM implementation where appropriate, and coach teams in best practices for reporting

Qualifications

• Significant experience within project controls and performance management.
• Experience delivering on complex infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong understanding of planning, cost control, risk and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project performance management processes.
• Establish consistent project controls and reporting standards.
• Monitor cost, schedule, risk, change and deliverables across portfolios.
• Develop dashboards and management information for senior leadership.
• Analyse data to identify trends, variances and risks.
• Provide clear commentary and insights to support decisions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Cost, Commercial and Risk teams to ensure data integrity.
• Lead performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Support EVM adoption and performance forecasting where appropriate.
• Develop KPIs at project and portfolio levels and promote best practices.
