Job summary

Mace is seeking a seasoned Change Control professional to lead the embedding of change processes within a Programme Management Office. You will integrate change control with the digital strategy, develop functional requirements for a digital change control solution, and support adoption across the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience of management of change control methodologies and techniques across programmes.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in change control/project controls within a major construction project or programme is essential.
• Experience of rolling out new processes across matrix organisations.
• A good understanding of the different functions within project controls.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Digitally savvy.

Responsibilities

• Developing and embedding change processes within the PMO core team across the programme.
• Integrating programme change control with the digital strategy.
• Developing functional requirements for a digital change control solution and supporting its implementation across the programme.
• Integrating processes across all areas of the programme baseline and delivery functions.
• Ensuring change control is embedded at programme and project levels.
• Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline change control processes.
• Maintaining baseline integrity and auditable records of changes.
• Managing change control activities and ensuring lessons are captured and improvements identified.
• Maintaining oversight of change volumes, status and dependencies.
• Support strategic delivery decisions and timely reporting of change data.
