Zusammenfassung

BDO is seeking a Change Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of change initiatives across strategic projects. You will work with project teams, leaders and stakeholders to assess impact, develop adoption strategies and mitigate risks, ensuring successful implementation of new ways of working.

You will guide change activities, embed them into project plans, and drive engagement and readiness across diverse groups, leveraging strong leadership and communication skills to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Change Management, Organisational Development, Transformation, Project delivery, or related field.
• Experience leading change management within complex projects, programmes, or transformations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Lead change management activities across projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations.
• Develop and monitor change management strategies, including communication, training, adoption, and resistance management.

• Provide guidance on change management best practices to project leaders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to build commitment across groups.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance, developing proactive strategies.
• Measure change effectiveness and adoption, recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with communications, learning and business teams on messages and engagement.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and forums to drive alignment.
• Coordinate activities across multiple initiatives to optimize resources.
• Contribute to evolving change management methodologies and tools.
