Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex initiatives in fast-paced technology or consulting environments.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into structured, actionable execution.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Formal certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, PMP) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support complex change initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment, assisting with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Synthesize inputs from diverse stakeholders into prioritized recommendations and next steps.
• Prepare concise communications, insights, and decision-support materials for leaders.
• Facilitate discussions and working sessions to maintain momentum and resolve friction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, tracking dependencies, timelines and deliverables.
