Job summary

Katie Bard is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to guide organisational transformation and integration for a growing professional services organisation. You will lead change initiatives, shaping how people, processes and ways of working align as the business expands.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to own change across projects, deliver structured change plans, and ensure adoption and sustained benefits throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational or business change within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of how change affects people, operations and structures.
• Experience in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption.
• Confident collaborating with senior leadership and influencing across functions.
• Experience managing change across multiple projects or locations.

Responsibilities

• Leading business change activities across organisational transformation, integration and operational improvement projects.
• Assessing the impact of change on teams, responsibilities, processes and existing ways of working.
• Developing and delivering structured change management plans from assessment to implementation and adoption.
• Engaging senior leaders and stakeholders to build understanding, commitment and ownership of change.
• Identifying resistance and developing practical strategies to support employees through transition.
• Working with Project Managers and Business Analysts to translate project delivery into effective operational change.
• Developing stakeholder engagement, communication and training approaches for different teams.
• Assessing business readiness, monitoring adoption and sustaining new ways of working.
