Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Lead Change Manager to drive large-scale transformation programmes within the IT and services space. You will lead cross-functional teams, define delivery approaches, governance, and operating models, while building strong executive relationships to enable strategic outcomes.

The role operates in a hybrid setup with three days in the office, and requires BPSS clearance. This position is UK-based and targets experienced change leaders in financial services and technology

Responsibilities

• Lead complex change programmes, workstreams, or portfolios with significant business impact.
• Define and implement change delivery approaches, governance structures, and operating models.
• Provide direction and oversight to Project Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery teams.
• Establish programme controls and ensure regulatory, risk, and governance compliance.
• Build relationships with senior executives and sponsors, providing strategic advice.
• Drive issue resolution across dependencies and priorities.
• Ensure change adoption, readiness, and benefit realization activities.
• Manage programme financials, resources, and investments.
