Job summary

Alba is seeking an experienced Change Manager / PMO to play a key role in delivering our strategic change agenda at East Kilbride. This on-site role (with flex) sits at the heart of Alba, a growing challenger bank focused on a human-centred approach to modern banking, and offers the chance to shape how change is embedded across the organisation.

You will own and continuously enhance the Bank's Change Management Framework, governance, controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business change in Financial Services.
• Strong project, programme and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating within regulated environments and delivering complex change programmes.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating strategy into delivery.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Structured, organised, hands-on mindset with a pragmatic approach.
• Excellent communication skills with credibility and trust-building.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Alba's strategic change agenda across people, process, technology and regulatory initiatives.
• Own and continuously enhance the Bank's Change Management Framework, governance, controls and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify requirements, challenge thinking and develop practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and change activities to support successful delivery.
• Act as the key link between business and technology teams throughout the change lifecycle.
• Coordinate projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are delivered effectively.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, governance packs and executive reporting.
• Lead change impact assessments, business readiness activities, communications and adoption plans.
• Identify, manage and report on risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Support regulatory, operational resilience and business-critical change programmes.
• Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners where required.
• Contribute to governance forums, including Change Advisory Boards and steering committees.
• Champion continuous improvement and help embed a positive change culture across the organisation.
• Be a role model for Alba Values and Alba ways of working.
