Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of Barclays change governance framework.
• Working experience of working as a PMO in Barclays.
• Experience dealing with finances related to change deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support change delivery managers ensuring programmes comply with the Barclays Control Framework.
• Create and implement standard PMO processes aligned with governance standards.
• Monitor project performance, risks, issues and dependencies; report status to senior management.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure accuracy.
• Facilitate project governance and align projects with strategic objectives, managing risks and dependencies.
