Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing banking transformation programs or similar time-critical initiatives.
• Ability to lead independently with strong stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with UAT, regulatory requirements, and test processes.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic banking transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Perform business analysis, gap assessments, and impact evaluations.
• Prioritize and manage the Book of Work across concurrent initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
• Capture requirements and translate into use cases and specs.
• Oversee UAT planning, test case creation, and defect tracking.
• Ensure clear communication across stakeholders at all levels.
• Support change management activities including training documentation.
• Report project performance metrics to senior leadership.
