Job summary

Barclays is seeking a highly organized PMO to support the delivery of complex change initiatives, ensuring governance standards and controls are upheld across the programme.

Based in Knutsford or Glasgow, you will collaborate with Change Delivery Managers to establish best practices, monitor performance, and provide visibility across projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of Barclays change governance framework.
• Experience as PMO within Barclays.
• Experience dealing with finances related to change deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support to change delivery managers, ensuring programme compliance with the Barclays Control Framework and governance standards.
• Create and implement standardised PMO processes aligned with controls and governance standards.
• Monitor project performance, track risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, and report status to senior management.
• Maintain project plans, schedules and budgets and ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Facilitate project governance and alignment with strategic objectives; manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide change management framework training to project managers and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices across deliveries.
