Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Milton Keynes to support Operations with procedures, governance, and policy alignment. You will help embed changes, optimise tech use, and manage stakeholder interactions across the organisation.

You will contribute to documentation quality, training alignment, and QA, while working within a flexible, hybrid environment that supports career development and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and SMEs.
• Experience documenting processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support updating procedures when changes occur and obtain sign-off.
• Governance of processes: ensure documentation, storage and version control.
• Attend product demos and document impacts in new/updated procedures.
• Lead Monthly Procedure Review meetings and capture notes.
• Assist FAQ Review with quarterly updates.
• Support cross-functional digitalisation and new tech solutions.
• Assist in change initiatives: workshops, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Communicate clearly with executives and SMEs.
