National Energy System Operator Limited is seeking a Change Lead to drive strategic, organisation-wide transformation across NESO’s major programmes, including control room teams. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, governance, training, and benefits delivery, with hybrid working from office and home.

Qualificações

• Sustained track record in dedicated change roles leading end-to-end strategies across multiple complex programmes.
• Experience delivering change across multi-operating-model environments with portfolios including strategy, organisation design, capability, technology, process, and ways of working.
• Evidence of leading full change lifecycle: impact and readiness assessment, stakeholder/sponsor engagement, communications, learning and capability, resistance management, adoption and benefits realization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-complexity change management across NESO using established frameworks (e.g., PROSCI).
• Conduct impact assessments and develop business readiness statements; advise senior stakeholders on risks and mitigations.
• Coach line managers and teams to build wider business capability for managing and receiving change; tailor support for control room environments.
• Collaborate with project leads, sponsors and SMEs; ensure effective communication and engagement at all levels.
• Provide governance oversight, oversee testing/training phases, and lead benefits realization and post-implementation review.
