• Design and implement a strategic stakeholder engagement framework aligned to priorities and programmes.
• Lead cross-programme engagement activity and manage senior outcomes.
• Build and sustain networks with internal/external stakeholders to shape decisions.
• Align engagement with business priorities, delivery milestones and outputs.
• Develop strategic communications and executive briefings for senior decision-makers.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks for engagement outcomes.
