Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Business Services procurement.
• Experience with Customer Contact Centres, Facilities Management, or BPO.
• Proven ability to develop and implement category strategies.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work across strategic and tactical sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for Corporate Business Services.
• Lead sourcing, tendering and contract negotiations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate demand into procurement solutions.
• Manage supplier performance and drive cost reduction and service improvements.
• Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking.
• Promote governance and commercial rigour across procurement activities.
