Job summary

Category Manager – HR Services and Indirects in London, hybrid (1-2 days on site). You will analyse spend data, market data, and trends to shape strategy, while leading complex tender activities and multi-year category plans for HR and other indirects.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder influence are essential in this greenfield/brownfield environment. The role offers hybrid working with on-site days and opportunities to drive procurement change across HR categories and related indirects

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with end-to-end experience in the HR category.

You will be responsible for analysing spend data, market data, and trends and innovation, as well as leading complex tender activities and developing multi-year Category Strategies, supporting your stakeholders throughout the process.

Our client has lots of exciting projects coming up in this space!

You will have excellent negotiating, influencing and communication skills and proven experience in developing and leading HR category whilst being happy to pick up other indirect categories if needed.

This role would suit someone who is comfortable working in a greenfield/brownfield environment.

Hybrid working (1-2 days on site).
