Leidos in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced Capture Managers to drive business-winning opportunities across complex technology, engineering and services domains. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape customer engagement, and coordinate with Bid Managers to deliver compelling proposals.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage senior relationships with customers and partners across a regulated marketplace.

Competenze

• Experience leading capture for complex opportunities, ideally within the UK public sector or other highly regulated markets.
• Ability to shape and position multi-disciplinary technology, IT services, engineering or systems integration solutions.
• Developing customer-focused capture strategies, value propositions and competitive win themes.
• Bringing together cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to execute business-winning plans.
